Engine / complete refresh:
**** All of our engines are outfitted with a torque plate during the boring and honing process. After the engine is
assembled, the engine is tested in-house on our engine SimTest.****
During this time I flow preheated oil though the engine and cycle the engine from 100 rpm to 400 rpm. This process allows the checking of oil flow, ensures the oil pump is building oil pressure throughout the engine and assists in seating the piston rings to the cylinder walls. While the engine is cycling, compression tests are taken and overall performance is recorded. Once all the testing is completed the engine is then prepped for installation or shipping to the client.
